Promote Your Program with AATE

Use the AT each | moment Website to Promote the Profession

AT each | moment (AEM) is here to help you promote your program and provide information to those interested in athletic training and education at all levels.

Here’s how you can maximize this member benefit:

  1. Participate in the Featured Program Initiative (see below)
  2. Direct interested students who want to learn more about the profession to AEM by providing a link on your website.
  3. Ask the health professions academic advisors on your campus to link to AEM.
  4. Develop promotional materials with your institutional branding using the AEM templates.
  5. Post your on-campus and virtual events on the AEM calendar.
  6. Suggest improvements to improve the website. Use the Contact Us link at the top of the page to send us requests for improvements.

Post Your Program's In-Person & Virtual Open Houses in the AT each | moment Events Calendar

AATE Member Programs can publicize your student recruitment events on the AT each | moment site in its Events calendar. Scroll down to the bottom of the Events page and input information about your event and we'll create an entry in the calendar, usually on the same business day your provide us with the details.

Participate in the Featured Program Initiative

The Featured Program Initiative does just what the name says: features AATE member institutions or organizations on the AT each | moment website. Here’s how it works:

  • AATE member Institutions and organizations participate by submitting the form below.
  • Members with more than one type of program (e.g., professional, DAT) should submit information for one program at a time.
  • Programs will be featured for about one week, with the specific duration determined by the number of participating programs.
  • Programs will be featured in the order that the information is received, although this sequencing may change based on admissions cycles of the various program types. “Featuring” includes a presence on the AT each | moment home page and at least one posting on the AT each | moment social media channels.
  • Programs may be featured more than once a year depending on the number of participating programs.
  • Programs will be notified when their program is going to be featured at least one week before the feature goes live.
