Elizabeth Lipke MBA, CAE

In her role as Executive Director, Elizabeth Lipke, MBA CAE, brings over 25 years of experience partnering with volunteer leaders as they serve members. With a strong financial background, she has assisted her clients with budget development, financial reporting, and forecasting. Lipke has also been involved in rolling out technology solutions for her clients ensuring collaboration, operational efficiency, continuity in operations and positioning clients for strength during uncertainty. Lipke’s primary attention at AATE will be working with board members, committee members and other volunteers to develop strategies and tactics to achieve organizational goals and objectives like membership growth, formal association operations, and increased member value.

Prior to joining AATE, Lipke worked for an association management company. But the majority of her career has been providing C-Suite leadership to member-driven financial services cooperatives – credit unions - providing retail financial services to employees of Bourns Electronics. She also held senior management positions for credit unions serving employees of Honda in the US, LA Unified School District and Farmers Insurance.

In her role with trade and professional associations, Elizabeth has demonstrated a successful track record in providing strategic direction and ensuring sponsorship value, financial success, and efficient operations.

Lipke holds an M.B.A. from the University of Oregon's Charles Lundquist School of Business and a B.A. from Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon. She was recognized as a Certified Association Executive in 2022.
